Leads Sure Media is hiring a Tele Sales Team Leader with proven leadership experience in the digital marketing or website designing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the telesales team, driving performance, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high-quality lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Generate leads and ensure proper follow-ups are conducted by the team.
• Handle escalations and client queries professionally.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts.
• Train new team members and continuously improve team performance through coaching.
• Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and website designing services.

Work Environment:

• Location: Sector 3, Noida
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
• Must be comfortable with daily reporting using Google Business Suite and internal systems.
