We Are Hiring Tele Sales Executive

About the Role

Lead Sure Media is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele-sales within the website designing and digital marketing industry. Candidates with experience in companies like Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Sulekha will be preferred. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the website designing and digital marketing industry.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive communication.
• Explain company services, highlight key benefits, and convince prospects to avail services.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to ensure successful conversions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for effective lead management.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the website designing and digital marketing sector.
• Prior experience in companies like Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Sulekha will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining records.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy levels.

Compensation

• Attractive fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.

Work Environment

• Full-time role with Work from Office at Lead Sure Media.
• 6 days working with office hours from 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Adherence to daily reporting using Google Business Suite and other applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
