Job Overview:

Leads Sure Media is hiring an experienced Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing brand pages, creating content strategies, and executing successful campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.

  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and client requirements.

  • Coordinate with design and video teams for content creation (posts, reels, stories).

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.

  • Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and timely responses.

  • Manage social media ad campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team (preferred).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in handling multiple brand pages.

  • Good understanding of content planning, platform-specific strategies, and engagement techniques.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and scheduling platforms.

  • Creative mindset with attention to visual branding and messaging.

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a digital marketing agency.

  • Portfolio or links to managed brand accounts is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Sector 3, Noida

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

  • Must be comfortable with daily reporting and using Google Business Suite.
