Job Overview:

Leads Sure Media is seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost online visibility for our clients and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engines.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues to improve site performance.

• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO techniques.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO.

• Proven track record of improving organic search performance.

Work Environment:

• Location: Sector 3, Noida

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

• Candidates must follow company reporting procedures and work within set timelines using Google Business Suite and related tools.
