Leads Sure Media is seeking a talented and creative Script Writer to develop impactful scripts for video content, including promotional videos, brand stories, reels, product explainers, and YouTube content. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, skilled in writing for diverse audiences, and aligned with current content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, well-structured scripts for various formats: social media reels, corporate videos, explainer videos, and ads.

• Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and clients to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life.

• Translate brand messaging into compelling narratives suited for video production.

• Conduct in-depth research on topics and industry trends to create relevant content.

• Revise and refine scripts based on feedback and performance.

• Ensure consistency in brand tone, language, and storytelling style across all content.

Required Skills:

• Strong storytelling and script formatting abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Understanding of current digital and social media trends.

• Familiarity with content creation for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset.

• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in script writing or a similar content role.

• Portfolio or work samples showcasing prior experience in scriptwriting (video scripts preferred).

Work Environment:

• Location: Sector 3, Noida

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

• Candidates must be comfortable with daily reporting through Google Business Suite and related applications.

• Adherence to internal reporting and task management systems is mandatory.
