About the Role

Lead Sure Media is looking for an HR Professional (Recruitment, Generalist & Admin) to join our team and manage day-to-day HR activities. This role involves processing employee data, updating company policies, and handling the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to maintain a steady pool of prospective candidates.

We seek someone who enjoys meeting new people, can assess a candidate’s potential through insightful questions, and is committed to meeting and exceeding hiring targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements, including:
    • Understanding role requirements and creating job descriptions.
    • Posting jobs on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.
    • Screening and filtering candidates.
    • Conducting interviews (phone, video call, in-person).
    • Coordinating candidate interactions, verification, and joining formalities.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of eligible candidates for future positions.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interviews and resume reviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries and effectively communicate the role and organization benefits.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
  • Undertake social posting, mass emailing, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Handle salary negotiations and understand candidate psychology.
  • Payroll & Compensation Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and process employee pay slips and maintain salary records.
    • Develop and implement salary structures based on industry standards and company policies.
    • Handle salary creation for employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursement.
    • Manage deductions, tax compliance, and other payroll-related documentation.
    • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and resolve employee queries regarding salaries.
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in salary management and compensation structures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency for hiring and setting up teams and processes.
  • Must have recruited for roles such as Graphic Designers, Social Media Marketers, SEO Experts, Web Developers, Motion Graphics Designers, Tele Sales Executives, Sales Team Leaders, Field Sales Executives, and more.
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing industry with the ability to ask relevant interview questions.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster.com, Naukri.com.
  • Experience with HRMS tools like Zoho People will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, ethical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to motivate the internal team.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs & Sheets.
  • High energy and passion for recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet hiring targets.
  • Positive attitude and a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or hiring for similar roles).
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA in HR is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Full-time role with Work from Office at Lead Sure Media.
  • 6 days working with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with daily reporting through Google Business Suite and applications.
  • Adherence to company reporting mechanisms is required.
